Invite/Stuffing envelopes

This weekend was so much fun. We had another shower put together by the ladies in my parents neighborhood. It was a blast, but the best part was the chance we had to put together wedding invites and getting everything ready to send out in the post. We have been able to look over all the addresses and people we wish to invite and then put together the invites and stuff them in the envelopes. We are really looking forward to the upcoming wedding. It is so close. It has been fun blogging the info throughout the semester. Thanks for the opportunity too share my thoughts with you all. This is Zack, signing off for the semester. 6 weeks

This is almost unreal to think, but 6 weeks from this Friday will be our wedding. We have come a long ways from the beginning of the semester. This Saturday also marks the one year anniversary of Addi and my first date together. We look forward to reenacting our first date on Saturday night. It will be great to be together and remember our great times we have had over the past year. I love Addi so much and I look forward to further years together with her. Another note, in regards to wedding prep, today is the day we expect to get our invitations from the printers. We are ever hopeful that they turn out alright and that the sending part goes quickly and easily. It is so exciting that this is happening. I can't wait to be with Addi all the time.

Car Trouble

Wow!! What a crazy week. So my fiance and I have been doing some serious homework on purchasing a car for the both of us to share once we get married. We finally got the exact car we wanted and decided to go ahead and buy it. We got all the money together and Addi went with her mom to the seller's address. She got the car in her possession and was filling up with gas, when a man noticed that the car was leaking just below the gas thing. She became frantic as she couldn't get ahold of me when she discovered that the gas was the fluid leaking out of the car. Eventually I spoke with her and she took the car back to the seller. The seller was very gracious and took the car back no questions asked. He was concerned for Addi's safety and well-being. He then said he had a friend of his that was a mechanic who he would have look at the problems and then we could decide whether it was still worth the purchase or not. That is where we stand now. We have not heard back from the seller anymore than him saying that the car will be looked at. It has been a wild ride, but we hope and pray that it gets resolved very VERY soon.
