Challenges Abound

This week was very interesting. The greatest difficulty with preparing for a wedding is communication. As the groom-to-be, I am the voice most often between my bride and my parents. I never realized how many pieces have to fit perfectly together in order for the wedding to be an unforgettable day. I'm always glad to see that both parties are seeking to know what the other is thinking, but the tears of frustration from both ends were taxing when communication wasn't happening affectively. Until we sat down and put every item on a list, each side had a different agenda. Now we are communicating and we all have the blueprint in our mind of what is upcoming. This week on Thursday will be four months to the day. We are so excited!
